Our Fishing Trips in Cape Town

Cape Town boasts excellent fishing charters that specialize in fishing for pelagics and deep-sea excursions.

We, on the other hand, provide close-to-shore, mostly reef fishing trips, ideal for families, social groups, or anyone just looking to have some fun on the water.

Our fishing excursions are less about the catch and more about creating lasting memories. Our laid-back, no-pressure fishing experiences are designed for those who want to experience the thrill of boat fishing and enjoy the beauty of the ocean and the breathtaking views of Table Mountain and the Cape Peninsula coastline.

Our trips are safe and relaxed—ideal for beginners or seasoned fishermen. We provide all the equipment you need, so all you have to do is bring your good vibes and a sense of adventure, and we'll take care of the rest.

Trip Details

We can take up to seven guests.

Our launch site and fishing grounds are entirely weather-dependent and could be any one of Miller's Point, Hout Bay, Table Bay, or Gordon's Bay.

A typical trip lasts about 6 hours, and we're fairly flexible regarding starting times.

All fishing equipment is included, but you are welcome to bring and use your own if you prefer.

We adhere strictly to the legal size and quota limits and recommend the use of circle hooks to minimize unnecessary fish deaths.

Depending on the plan for the day, your catch could include Cape Snoek, Yellowtail, Bronze Bream, Red Roman, and Carpenter fish—and you get to keep the fish you catch.

You are required to have a valid fishing license. This can be obtained online.
